About JPG and PDF conversion

JPG is convenient for photos and phone captures, but many document workflows ask for a PDF even when the content is still just an image. This converter creates a PDF page sized exactly to the JPG pixels, using one image file per output document.

The JPG image is embedded directly into the PDF. That keeps the workflow simple and avoids another raster re-encode, but it does not perform OCR, recognize text, or make photographed words selectable.

Dropping multiple JPG files keeps the established per-file model: every image produces a separate single-page PDF. Combining images into one multi-page PDF is not included in this narrow document converter.

FAQ

When should I convert JPG to PDF?

Use it for applications, invoices, scan submissions, printing, or document portals that accept PDF but reject loose JPG files.

Does JPG to PDF make text selectable?

No. The PDF contains the original JPG image on a page; it does not OCR the image or create editable text.

What happens when I drop several JPG files?

Each JPG becomes its own one-page PDF download. This pair does not merge multiple images into one document.

Is the JPG uploaded during PDF creation?

No. The browser reads the image, builds the PDF locally, and returns a blob download from the current tab.
